Construction Details:
- Exterior Frame: Made from 100x100 mm steel construction with a thickness of 4 mm.
- Exterior Cladding: Features an aluminum frame with a seamless surface and thermal wood (thermawood, treated at +220 degrees) for the exterior cladding.
- Interior: Interior walls are wooden, and the living room includes a wall-mounted foldable bed mechanism. The flooring is standard parquet. The kitchen countertop is made of acrylic material.
- Insulation: Includes both 8 mm rock wool and 6 cm sandwich panels. The glass is specially manufactured with thermal insulation properties, 22 mm thick, and double-tempered.
